The second round of the GB4 Championship took Holly and KMR Sport to Oulton Park for a scorching bank holiday weekend.
After a challenging start to Round 1, Holly arrived at Oulton determined to build confidence and secure some positive results. She lined up P26 on the grid for Race 1, P24 for Race 2, and P26 for Race 3.
Race 1
A strong start in Race 1 saw Holly gain three positions on Lap 1, followed by another place on Lap 2 as early incidents affected other drivers. Holly kept her composure, focused on driving her own race, and continued to pick up positions where possible, eventually finishing in P20.
Race 2
Starting P24 in Race 2, Holly made another solid getaway and moved up to P22 in the opening stages. She held her position well until Lap 4, when she lost places following overtakes by Amrouche and Rujuro. Despite the pressure, Holly brought the car home in P24, the same position she had started.
Race 3
Race 3 saw Holly start from P26. With plenty of commotion around her, she held her own at the start and pushed hard throughout the race. Her persistence paid off as she crossed the line in P23.
The next round of the GB4 Championship takes Holly to Donington Park on 26-28 June.
